Alright, so when you’re coming to Bangkok, it’s not unlikely that you’ll spend a night or two at Soi Cowboy. Perhaps even all your nights.
Hell, why not. There’s a ton of bars & you’ll find the hottest working girls here.
So, it makes sense to think about the location of your hotel before booking. If you know that you wanna head to Soi Cowboy, then here’s my suggestions in terms of hotels.
These are all in proximity, so no girl that you barfine will complain that it’s too far away. And don’t worry, these are all guest-friendly.
I am showing you a variety of options.
One thing I do want to mention though: if you can, spend more on a nicer hotel – even if that means making your trip a day or two shorter. In my experience, the quality of the place you’re staying at has a massive impact on how much you enjoy the entire trip.
The last thing you want to do is save money on accommodation & thereby fuck up your entire trip. Dirty rooms, small rooms, loud outside noise … I’ve experience all of it. Trust me, it’ll ruin your stay. So, please keep that in mind.
If you have the money, this is my #1 recommendation. The . It’s attached right to the mall – Terminal 21, you’ll have direct access to the train & only have to walk across the street to reach Soi Cowboy.
Plus, if you do online dating, you can arrange to meet girls just outside of our hotel, or inside one of the coffee shops at the mall. It doesn’t get any easier than this because you’re not wasting any time.
Here’s all my recommendations – … and because it can sometimes be hard to relate to distances on a map, check out this video to see how f*cking close they are to each other.
Alright, let’s talk about something rather odd. I’ve gotten this question a few times now & it’s finally time to address it. “Where do you take a piss?”
Serious question. I mean, let’s say it’s already past 10pm & you can’t put your ass on one of the nice toilet seats at Terminal 21 – What now?
Do you simply go inside one of the bars? You can. But if that’s not your thing, here are 2 options.
No, not plants …
There are 2 public toilets I know of. Head down to Soi 23. The first toilet is located at the gas station which is right at the intersection. You can’t miss it.
The other one is a little bit hidden. Well, not really hidden, but there are no signs & you wouldn’t know it’s there unless you’re watching this video.
I have now added both public toilets to where they really belong – the “emergency” section of my Bangkok Guide.
And lastly, an update on the street bar situation … well, this time the vendors got grilled. This is what the pavement looks like – I actually like those plants. The sidewalk is less crowded now & you can still get most of the stuff from the street vendors that are left.
As always, all of the hotels I mentioned are part of my Bangkok Guide, plus many more. The guide consist of a mobile app that’ll help you navigate Bangkok’s nightlife.
